Pum zai/Tlanglam zai leh Mizoram-a harhna inlaichin dan

(This article is written in Mizo language and it is about the Mizo folk song "Puma zai" or "Tlanglam zai" that erupted when Christian missionaries starting their evangelistic mission in the then Lushai Hills i.e. present Mizoram state in India, that the folk songs were strongly opposed by the European missionaries and newly proselyted Lusei or Mizo natives. In this article those story and origin of the folk song "Puma zai" or "Tlanglam zai" was re-investigated with the modern wider perspective that it had tremendous impact on the newly composed Mizo Christian songs and to the local believers. Further, its impact on the social environment for the upcoming Christian revivals (Harhna thlen) amongst the Mizo Christians in the 20th Century were also elaborated.)

Pu K.Zawla (2011:385-386) hian Puma zai lo lar thar leh dan hetiang hian a sawi chhunzawm a, “Kum 1908-ah khan Zawngin lalpa Lalzika chuan a thian ama pawimawh tihsak turin Lalhleia khua Ratu-ah a tir a.
